Using shampoo and conditioner can be a tricky process for most people. Keeping your hair healthy is very important and keeps it looking shiny, clean and can make someone look a lot more attractive if kept well. Many people dye their hair, use products and the like to enhance the look. As we have already said here before, this doesn’t prevent hair growth and it isn’t bad for your hair, but overdoing it can be. Shampoo and conditioner also help your hair condition. The longer your hair is, the more likely you will want to condition it. Some 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioners are available but they don’t technically do the job any better.

Wearing hats does not cause baldness, contrary to popular belief. Using hair products doesn’t affect the growth of hair and cutting your hair also doesn’t make it grow back thicker. All of these myths are understandable but not true, so continue to treat your hair the way you have been doing.
