The reason is what ever made you're original hair to drop (DHT, pressure, genetics) would coase the transplant hair to vanish. it gonna last for a year or two but not longer. But if your living is your look, means that you're a person that need to look the best he can , because elsewhere you don't have a job, then you should do it. That the way I see it. If you’re not an actor or a modle, then don’t do it.
